Overview
Regularly painting the exterior of your home is an important and practical step in protecting your biggest investment from the sun and wind as well as water intrusion.
When we prepare your custom estimate, we'll evaluate the condition of your siding, trim, caulk and other construction elements of your home's exterior. Often, there's rotten siding and trim wood, or if your home is constructed of cement fiber siding, it too can degrade, crack or crumble over time - leaving your home exposed to potential water damage.
During each painting project, we first pressure wash all surfaces to remove dirt, mold, mildew and other contaminates. Then, we repair and replace any damaged elements. Finally, we remove any deteriorating caulk and apply a solid bead of new caulk throughout prior to painting.

Project Underway
When you're ready to proceed with your project, we work with you to schedule a time that's convenient for your schedule.
When the project begins, we:

Cover your flower beds and shrubbery

Pressure wash all surfaces

Protect all glass, outlet boxes, utility heads, hose bibs, racks and other obstructions

Repair/Replace all rotten and/or damaged home elements

Scrape off and sand flaking paint

Remove worn caulk and apply new
-
Apply the high-quality exterior paint of your choice
Finish
When your project is complete, we clean everything and return all outdoor items to their original locations.
